Appearance: Pours a nice clear amber/copper color. Has some pretty nice head retention and lacing.
Smell: Smells of light caramel malt, then a lot of citrus and tropical fruit. Doesn't smell overly bitter.
Taste: A bit of caramel malt peeks through initially, but following that is citrus, tropical fruit and florals. Very little bitterness on the back end, which is what could really take it to the next level.
Mouthfeel/Overall: Light-medium bodied with fairly low carbonation, but very smooth. Overall, this one surprised me quite a bit. I love tropical and citrus flavor in my IPAs, so I was a pretty big fan of this. I do wish they would have bittered it a bit more just to take it to the next level. But still really nice overall.

12 oz can into a teku. Thanks Cody! Pours a hazy orange body with a finger of white foam. Really nice lacing and retention. Aroma is orange juice heavy with a dry powdery note on the finish. Bitter and very citric with just a touch of crackery malts. Taste is similar with loads of juicy oranges and a dry chalky thing that I also get in fresh Maine Lunch. Finishes with biscuity malts and a very low level of bitterness. This is a damn good IPA and I'm glad its not a huge bitter bomb. Extremely juicy with a pleasing level of malts and a powdery dry finish. Awesome!

Can poured into stemmed beer glass
Deep golden bordering on orange with an off white/yellow head that is quite dense. The pine scent is heavy with some spice. The taste is creamy with the huge head that has solid retention. Loads of bittering hops in this. Pine mostly. Solid IPA. True NW style.

Got in a trade with Cyde. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no canning date. Pours very hazy and cloudy orange amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of huge grapefruit, tangerine, orange rind, lemon zest, orange zest, pineapple, floral, grass, honey, bread, light pine, and floral earthiness. Outstanding aromas with big citrus hop complexity with a moderate malt balance; and nice strength. Taste of big grapefruit, orange zest, tangerine, orange rind, lemon zest, pineapple, floral, pine, grass, honey, bread, and floral earthiness. Good amount of pine resin bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes citrus, citrus zest, citrus rind, floral, pine, grass, honey, bread, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of citrus/floral/pine hop flavors; with a fair amount of malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a highly excellent IPA! Great hop flavor complexity and moderate malt balance; and very easy to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

Fantastic last time I had it but I was told that the whole crew that started it just bailed last week so it might be going downhill. Not sure if this will actually have any effect on the taste but I would try it as soon as possible just to be sure!!!
