This and the Dragonfly Hostel were the only places I found in Cusco that brewed their own.
Atmosphere is OK. It's a dark sportsbar with a pool table, darts, etc, and a small narrow balcony with great views of the main plaza.
Norton's beer was sub-par, but passable. They had a porter and a pale ale. The porter was decent, the pale ale was metallic and not quite right. Still, leaps and bounds above the rest of the macro lagers that are so common in Cusco. They also had an OK selection of imported macrobrews, mostly English ales at very high prices.
The food was OK. So-so bar food, mostly. Our service was friendly but woefully slow - it looked like they had one waitress running the whole place. It wasn't packed, but there were maybe 10 tables of people, plus some people at the bar and playing darts, so one waitress was not enough.
Overall it's not great but it's an ok option if you're looking for some place to get some beer.

I went here on a trip to Peru in August and took some notes. This place had 4 taps and that's pretty good here in Peru, 2 of them were sold out however. Lots of good bottles on the wall but they are there just to tease you as displays. I think I got ripped off with my 14 New Sole pint, first pool table I've seen in Peru so that's a plus. Tonnes of cool shit all over the walls gives the further feel of an English Pub. This place was pretty tame during the day with the exception of the single chair deep patio that overlooks the main square. I loved this patio for people watching and meeting other travelers. I think the seats overlooking the main square was the best place I found for a beer in Peru, (excluding the beers I drank along the Inca trail). Servers were friendly and spoke my language and that's always great when your far away from home. I wondered in here once or twice while the old lady was shopping and I'd sneak back if in the area again.
