Beer is a very clear light yellow with a very fine white head.

Aroma is sweet with honey and citrus notes. Lemon, mainly.

Flavor: Wow. Interesting. Strong up front with herbal notes (coriander, sage), white pepper, soft powdery Belgian yeast character and a touch of caramel in the middle and significantly bitter on the end.

Mouthfeel is well-balanced: tingly without being parching.

More like an American pale made with Belgian yeast. Can't say I'm a fan.

The beer is light amber color with a creamy white head. Almost no nose to this. Very bland, a touch of spice, banana, an pear if you bury your nose in it. Flavor has a decent sweetness, some banana and pepper, and maybe a touch of straw. Somewhat bitter and astringent on the finish.
