Cask from Brick Store, served during the 14th Anniversary Party. As the name indicates, this is their Creeper aged in Bordeaux barrels, then blended with BOBBB with some raspberries thrown in for good measure.

Pours a very hazy dark copper color with a cream-colored head that leaves decent lacing.

Smells of lightly tart raspberries backed by crisp light malts and sweeter, syrupy darker malts. Also present are slight hints of pears and even slighter hints of blueberries, though I may be imagining the latter.

Tastes similar to how it smells, though not as complex. Slightly muddled medium malts up front are joined quickly by syrupy pears and hints of breadiness. Midway through hints of oak and red grapes come into play before they’re overrun by moderately tart raspberries. The fruits fade out into a mildly sweet ending. Mouthfeel is good, with soft carbonation.

Overall this was a very interesting beer and I was surprised to discover it was a blend, especially coming from a GA brewery. An interesting beer to be sure, and something with which I hope Sweetwater continues to experiment.
