Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into my NB globe glass. Best by 2/14/11.

A: Good looking brown ale. Pours clear, dark brown with little head.

S: Bready malts with a sweet nutty scent.

T: Very smooth and mellow. Smooth malts, roasted pecans, sweet but with a little hop backbone.

M: Smooth, not too much carbonation, light in body yet leaves a light coating in the mouth.

D: If you're in the mood for a smooth, sweet brown ale this is a good option. Very drinkable, mellow, and refreshing.
