Poured into a pint glass
A nice slightly hazy and very typical IPA orange-ish color with a nice and fluffy head of small bubbles. The head shrinks extremely fast but lingers and takes quite a while to actually disappear. The beer also left pretty good lacing. The aroma is great citrus hops. The taste is a wonderful and delicate balance between great hoppy flavor (typical citrus and flowery tastes with a very clean and refreshing bitterness) and a nice maltiness that doesn't overpower the hops, but enhances them quite well. There is a pronounced sweetness that finds it's way onto the palate with this IPA and that is quite uncommon for the style but rather enjoyable. Good and medium to light body. Very refreshing.
This beer is by no means a hop bomb on your tongue, but the flavors are wonderful and it is quite balanced. This is an extremely tasty IPA. Thanks to Commis for the trade.

Poured refrigerator cold into two pyramidal wine glasses. Consumed over 15 minutes.
A: Hazy marigold with fair foamy head retention.
S: Bitter forward wood-pine. Tobacco peeks out from behind grapefruit and Italian green scents.
T: No flavors are wildly compelling, but a nice balance between and among flinty carbonation, lemon, ginger, starfruit and guava, all ushered in by an early puff of smoke.
M: Nothing remarkable, but holds on long enough to distribute flavors. Almost quenching, making this flavorful beer still an easy helper of heavy food and a stand-alone drink. More depth and body would be an improvement.
O: A fine product for high production beer. Toasty length wraps around the bitterness nearly to the finish of a rather complex creature. Bright, versatile, lacking excitement, but worthy of a loyal return.

A- it pours a deep golden with two fingers of white head. Head retention is minimal and lacing is moderate.
S- citrus and pine. A bit woodsy . Non-descriptive fruit aromas.
T- starts off grainy. Hints of refreshing citrus throughout. Mild herbal hop bitterness on the finish.
M- light, refreshing, crisp.
O- not the greatest ipa ever, but it's good.

A - Amber with golden tints. Dark but clean body. Nice one finger foam head makes a thick layer of foam
S - Citrus nose with orange and light passion fruit. Caramel malts come through as well to give it a slightly sweet nose. Slight pine comes through as well from the bittering hops
T - Pine up front to give it a slight bitter bite. As it rolls along the tongue, there is sweet caramel malt and light tangerine. The finish is slightly bitter.
M - Light body with a creamy mouthfeel from the carbonation. Finish is slightly astringent
O - Solid easy drinking warm weather IPA. Good flavor but not too thick or challenging to drink

Not bad at all, I'd definitely have a few of this IPA! The appearance and smell aren't top notch, but this is a great tasting IPA with a pleasing feel! This was nowhere on my radar; I just stumbled upon it and thought for the price it was worth a shot...and it was!

A: Big white head sits on the semi-clear orange beer. The head shows very good retention and excellent lace.
S: Aromas start with a big hoppy nose of citrus and floral hops. Also has some tropical fruit smells.
T: Starts with a sharp hop bitterness, with citrus fruit like grapefruit and oranges. Other flavors include tropical fruits and some malt sweetness in the background.
M: High carbonation on the feel, with a medium body. The beer finishes fairly bitter from the hops, but has some malts as well for balance.
O: Excellent example of an American IPA!
