A 10% tripel-style ale aged in wine barrels.
"Oubliant" is our tripel, Ablution, aged in wine barrels for four months. It is strong, sour and...unforgettable.

Hazy golden yellow body, moderate sized white frothy head, solid lacing. Both the nose and flavor are lightly musty, with citric fruits, oaky, floral notes. Notably, the red wine barrel provides delicate vinous fruits and tannins. Meshes well with the funky saison base. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation, refreshing finish.
