I was recently in Lancaster and stopped in with my brother and cousin. They had outdoor seating but we chose to go in to the bar. The interior is stylish and they had some rock music playing as we sat down, the bar is short but spacious with interesting heavy metal tap handles displayed which we were told by the bartender are symbolic of Lancaster history.
The selection of beer is good with a nice selection of taps that included Perpetual IPA and Sixpoint belgian ipa this particular occasion. The food was outstanding as we enjoyed a sampling of charcuterie and cheese which was delicious and varied including rogue smoky blue and a terrine of duck. The bottles are great too -we shared a bottle of pretty things OUR finest regards barleywine and the service was great since he mentioned a gathering they host frequently for fans of beer. They have a good selection of wine for alternative or for non beer drinkers and well stocked bar. I think the quality speaks for itself, I was glad to try the duck fat fries too which were served with a garlic aioili. I recommend POUR for the food and they have some great beer including Tripel karmeliet which makes an appearance on tap occasionally.

I haven't tried the food yet, but I'll definitely be back to give the menu a whirl. I was impressed by how well they stuck to local and regional foods as I glanced over the menu.
The atmosphere and decor was simple and enjoyable. They did a great job of preserving some of the original brickwork, which I always appreciate. Although I sat inside, the outdoor seating are was busy and is clearly popular.
The beer list was fantastic - not overwhelmingly large, but clearly expertly curated. The bartender was a wealth of beer knowledge and I will stick with his advice every time I am there.
As a Lancaster, PA native, I'm happy to have this place in town!

This place appears to be modeled after Tria in Philadelphia...wine, beer, cheese. there were ten taps, no BMC. While I did not have any, the bottle list seemed to include a decent selection of locals. the service and atmosphere were friendly, the decor was modern but cozy. On the bartender's suggestion, I had the St. Boniface 3 lb IPA as well as the 21st amendment black IPA which were both excellent. Interestingly, a lot of the cured meats hail from Pittsburgh and a couple cheese from lancaster.
