On draft at Tap and Barrel, Hauppauge, NY.

Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured a light sourness and spicy esters.

The taste was likewise a touch dour with a grainy malt, earthy grassy hop and moderate esters.

The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.

Overall a tasty and brawny saison.
