At Houston location.
White head with nice lace. Color is a clear golden orange.
Aroma is nice and fresh. Floral and citrusy. Taste is a little malty. Fairly bitter. Ends with a hop resiny aftertaste.
Okay, but nothing crazy special. Fairly average.

On draught at the Hillsboro, OR BJs. Hazy twany gold with a small white head leaving light lace.
Smell is earthy, herbal hops.
Taste is malty, herbal and resinous hops, some toffee. Sweet orange marmelade on the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is dry, a touch chewy, medium bodied.
Dtinkability is meh. Average by world-wide standards. Subpar by local standards. Malt taste like extract. Hops are reasonably big, but no real character. Much like this cheesy restraurant. I'm suprised they didn't make the bartender wear more pieces of flair.

served on tap in New Braunfels, TX. IPA was a light orange/copper color with minimal white head that left good lacing. Aroma was mainly of earthy and floral hops with a faint citrus aroma too. Taste was mostly the same bad hop combination as nothing stood out, minimal malt presence with would be acceptable had there been better hop flavor. Moderate Bitterness of about 45-50 IBUs. Body was a touch sweet but otherwise fine. Not the best example of an American IPA, will stick to the APA and Stout next time.

On tap at BJ’s in Allen, Texas. The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is quite hoppy, with a lot of grass and a little bit of orange citrus thrown in. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of bitterness up front, with a little grass, resin and orange citrus. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Served on-draught into a 5 oz taster glass at BJ's in Glendale. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a half finger head of decent cream, fair thickness, and awful retention. Colour is a semitransparent yellow-copper.
Sm: Pleasant floral hop aroma. An off note comes through, but I can't quite place it. Caramelized malts. Not appealing. A moderate strength aroma.
T: Floral hops, clean malts, and some bitterness from the hops. Dirty citrus and muddied pine. Roughly hoppy and not particularly balanced. Poorly built for the style. No layering, complexity, or subtlety. Too sweet on the finish.
Mf: Coarse and wet, bringing out the bad flavours. Too thick. Bleh. Dry in the third act.
Dr: Hard to drink on account of its severely limited quality. I wouldn't have it again. Not at all refreshing. If you like stale dirty imbalanced IPAs, this is for you.

On tap at BJ's Escondido.
A: Yellow gold with an inch of white froth.
S: Perfumy floral aromatics blend with orange pith and grapefruit rind. There's a little bread in there.
T: Sharp bitterness, acrid and astringent with notes of apple and citrus rind. Malt imparts a touch of cracker. The finish is dry, acrid, and bitter with some aspirin notes.
M: Upper light body with lower high carbonation. The mouthfeel is dry, crisp, and sticky.
Overall: Harsh and slightly unpleasant flavor with an okay aroma. Pass on this. Order a margarita.

On tap at tuttle mall location on 1-28-12.
A pours a cleared light copper with one finger off white head. Nice lacing.
S something is a off. A little stale aroma... smells like a homebrew full of cascade hops a few weeks old.
T much imoroved from the smell. Very cascade type citrus wih a note of alcohol present. A liitle stale tasting again. A nice bitterness level.
M/O Mouthfeel is pretty spot on, the best part of this brew. Overall, better than drinking Bmc, but seems BJs has a way to go in the beer delivery methods, I.e. fresh beer from clean lines. Remember this being fresher with more tropical notes a few months ago.
