Had on tap at Bleacher's.
A- Pours a light hazed golden orange color. Two finger white head shows good retention. Nice sheets of lace form as I drink this one down.
S- Citrus overtone in aroma right off the bat. This lingers pretty much throughout the whole nose. Light undertones of bready malts show up toward the middle. Hints of floral hops in the ending with a light alcohol crispness.
T- Huge citrus hop bite right off the get go. This leads to a light bready malt toward the middle of the beer. Light malts die down in the ending and there becomes another burst of citrus hops. Hints of floral hops come through toward the end with a nice alcohol cleansing to the overall ending.
M- Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation is lively and good for the style. Lots of citrus overtones left on the palate. Aftertaste is light alcohol, lingering citrus hops, hint of bready malt and a slight floral hop. Flavors were hop forward which show off the style well. No off flavors were present while drinking this beer. Medium alcohol drying on the palate.
O- This beer was a great bright west coast inspired IPA. Bursting with citrusy hops this beer doesn't overdue it. Not a hop bomb but very flavorful. Nice homemade IPA made in Indiana!!!

Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a standard pint glass.
Chill-hazed copper/gold in color, with a nice two-inch head of off-white foam.
Aroma-Nice whiff of piney, citrussy hops
Taste-Toasted malt, piney hops, underlying bitterness that carries to the finish. A bit of a watered-down mouthfeel, but very drinkable. A nice IPA.

The color is a deep, clear copper. A light, soft, big-bubbled off-white head forms on top, reaches 3/4 of a finger, lasts a short time, fades to sturdy foam, and leaves spotty lacing.
It's moderately hoppy, though pretty light overall. Citrus flesh and zest sneak out with a light malty sweetness balancing. It's tough to get a whole lot out of, though.
The flavor is a bit stronger, with both hops bitterness and malts sweetness somewhat more assertive. Balance is well-maintained. Grapefruit and orange mingle with a floral sort of note, and it's pretty leafy, but it develops an odd sourness into the finish. Overall, though, it's not bad.
It's a little thin in the body with some spritzy carbonation, which just needs a little time and evens out. It's not too bad, and pretty smooth, though the crispness does eventually fall off.

Just in at my local beer and wine shop what's up a caramel ruby hue with off white head leaves fine speckled lacing. Aroma has pine and citrus with caramel malt base riding along the way with the hops, flavor is where this beer goes wrong. Straight bitter hop pellets with a sour strange experience I can't get down with, seek better beer and go home. Raw horrible bitterness throughout the finish, I'm dreaming of good beer and this is getting dumped sorry guys I'm not the type of guy who likes a drain pour but this beer is exactly that.

I'm pretty sure I had this beer a little past its prime, so keep that in mind. Hopefully some day I can try a fresher bottle.
It looks thin just from the poor. Some beers are thicker than others...this one seems even thinner than water, if that's possible. While the beer is fairly dark for an IPA, it's originally a clearish brown color with almost no head. As it sits in the glass, what's there in the way of a head dissipates quickly, there's a cloudy haze that you can literally watch fall from the top of the glass to the bottom. The few bubbles that make up the head are very white, but gone in no time leaving the tiniest bit of lace.
Very malty nose. A bit disappointing that you have to search so hard for the hops, but they're there. The hop presence is so subtle that I can't tell the hop type...not even between citrus or savory. Slight piney-ness emerges as the beer warms.
Taste is similar to smell. It's got a bready taste with some earthy pine. Very biscuity from beginning to end.
It's very smooth for an IPA. The watery look described in the appearance is present as it takes the edge off the hoppy bitterness. No carbonation, crisp wet finish. Lingering bitterness, but never over the top. Alcohol is well-hidden.
It's not a great beer, but not bad either. The taste and feel make up for some deficiencies and enhance its drinkability. Would still like to have a fresher bottle.
