Enjoyed at 3rd Annual Black & Blue in Charlotte, NC. Thanks brawleys!
A - hazy, deep golden color with thin white head that dissipated to super thin cap
S - definitely grapefruit, honey sweetness, light overall aroma
T - dry and moderately bitter at first with slight warming alcohol then some herbal honey sweetness creeps in
M - light/med body with pretty active carbonation; slight honey induced coating aftertaste
O - nice IPA overall. balanced between dry/sweet with sufficient but not overpowering bitterness. seemed to be super fresh or at least tasted like it!

Brewed specifically for Black & Blue III in-honor of the founder Mike Brawley of Brawley's Beverage. Served from tap into a Black & Blue III shaker. Poured a hazy yellow with a one finger white head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. Maintained nice lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, and earth. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, fruit, citrus hop, earth, and earthy hop. It had a medium feel on the palate with medium carbonation. Overall this was a pretty good brew. The brewer was aiming to make this one over-the-top hoppy, but he ended up with a pretty well balanced DIPA instead. He was personally upset with this, but it was rather nice in the end. Very well balanced and very easy to drink. No sign of the ABV anywhere (10+%). Definitely worth trying if you see it out there again or at the brewery. You won't be disappointed. Tick.
