Thanks @gipsy_danger. Finally the season to open this.

Nice clarity. Above average pumpkin beer clarity and well defined pumpkin aroma without being all fuxking white girl spiced up. A very nice start based on look and smell. Here we go...
Hmm. This is beer is a little old but its pretty genuine to pumpkin flavor and not so much spice. The feel is slimy and waxy and makes me think its seen better days, or maybe its just a function of a pumpkin beer without 4lbs of nutmeg to dry your mouth out. It mostly tastes like a very old malty beer. Say a 10 year old Dunkel.

I can't say id revisit this in its current drinking state but would be open to seeing what it tastes like fresh.

Sampling a cold 1 pt 9fl oz bottle poured into a small sampling glass. Picked up the bottle at the brewpub during lunch on Monday.
the beer pours a slightly cloudy chestnut hue with minimal fizzy khaki colored head of 1 cm. The foam fades quickly to a tight edge layer.
Aroma is toffee and some nutty notes with a bit of pumpkin too, sort of like a squash, vegetal scent. I do get some nutmeg and some cinnamon too. But I think the spice notes have faded a bit on this beer.
First sip reveals an average body with average carbonation. The physical traits make this easy to drink and seem fitting for the style.
Flavor is nutty and some toffee malt with a bit of toasted note and some pumpkin flesh too. I do get some muted spice notes with cinnamon and nutmeg again. The spice appears to have faded a bit.
The beer is good but nothing too exciting. I dont find any flaws and actually appreciate the real pumpkin flavor I can pick up. A good fall beer that I still enjoy here in June.

Brown in color with a small amount of light seeping through. There's a fingernail of off white. The aroma is of pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I'm tasting heavily spiced cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and allspice. The mouth is heavily spiced and moderately carbonated.

Poured from a 500ml bottle. Bottled on 10/6/2015

L - Pours a deep roasted orange-red. Moderately cloudy. Accompanied by a finger and a half of frothy off-white head that dissipates slowly leaving a few fingers of lace along the rim of the glass.

S - The somewhat muted aroma is typical of pumpkin ales, heavy on sweet roasted malt. A whiff of pumpkin and earthy smelling spice is also apparent.

T - As expected, roasted malt sweetness dominates the brew alongside a healthy dollop of vanilla and a hint of pumpkin. The finish is noticeably earthy and bitter with a succulent vanilla finish. A touch of booziness accompanies the finish.

F - Rich and creamy, this brew goes down smoothly.

O - Not a bad showing overall. The pumpkin certainly could have been more prominent. In addition, the hint of booze is not welcome in a beer that is only at 7 percent.

Pretty solid pumpkin beer. The first sip had something in it I still can't quite place. After just a few sips, I was enjoying it quite much. Nothing too crazy. Not overpowering in any particular spice or flavor, but pumpkin was still noticeable, which is hard to find some times for lighter pumpkin beers.

Crystal-clear, copper red body sporting a thick, lasting, frothy head. More of a deep malt grain aroma versus a strong pumpkin aroma; some herbal spiciness; peppermint or spearmint candy. Big malt sweetness with a nuts and caramelized sugar characteristics; some nutmeg and cinnamon hints with a twinge of hop bitterness at the finish. Medium body, semi-dry.

This is a fine autumn seasonal that seems like a meld of a brown ale, Oktoberfest, and pumpkin ale, perhaps even a winter or Xmas holiday ale, too. The fact that the label states the beer is "brewed with fresh Colorado pumpkins" yet lets the pumpkin notes blend and balance with all the other components makes this a refreshing take on the fall pumpkin ale styling.

Let me start out by saying that if you are a fan of more vegetal, herby pumpkin ales, this is probably not for you. This is a super sweet beer to such an extent that it borders on being affrontive at first sip, but don't let it bowl you over. Yes it has almost a honey-like sweetness, but if you like sweet beers, as I do, I think this one is working well with the spices, body, and alcohol levels. Not sure if I get any pumpkin, tastes more melon-y, but pumpkin probably is what I'm tasting, as it says it is brewed wit CO pumpkins. Body is great, the only thing I think it needs is a little more carbonation, but for a 7% abv pumpkin it's doing alright. Definitely would get it again. First try from Bull & Bush (makers of "Man Beer"), and I'm impressed. Nice one.

Foamy straw colored head pours small and compact. Brew is cloudy mahogany. No lacing.

Lots of pumpkin pie, without the overwhelming spice. Lemon and orange are upfront too.

Light, airy, relaxed, mildly farmy. Nothing over the top, very middle of the road. Not very complex or deep. Pumpkin is relaxed and mild. No tartness, dry, nice light carbonation, no sweetness, and no bitterness. High drinkability.

Recommended as a lighter pumpkin brew, nicely done, but not complex or unique. B&B can do better...
