I finally made it over to Bottle Revolution and I'm sorry I waited so long. It's not close for me but I pass by that way on occasion. They have a solid selection that's well organized and displayed nicely. I was very impressed but they could use a few more Belgians. The woman in the shop was helpful and knowledgable. And the shop is in a great retail complex with some good dining options. I wish Bottle Revolution was closer but I'll make it a point to get by on a regular basis.

This is a very nice addition to west Raleigh, and the triangle beer scene in general. The owner Ted pack a lot of beers into the relatively small space he's working with, and they get the vast majority of special releases that come to the triangle. Every beer they sell is available as a single which is really nice for mixed six packs, however the beers are priced individually as well so you end up paying a bit more if you just wanted a six pack of one beer. The service has always been prompt and friendly, and they have nice beers on tap for a fair price. The selection is very good, but not as plentiful as Tasty Beverage Co, however Tasty Beverage Co's singles selection is pretty limited by comparison. I will say that this store is quite popular, so limited release stuff sells out VERY quickly which kind of sucks but there's nothing to be done about it. Overall a terrific store that has become my go to spot for beer in west Raleigh.

I was thrilled when I heard that Bottle Revolution would be opening. They are filling the hole of a much-needed beer shop on our side of Raleigh. Located off of Lake Boone Trail, they have a solid selection, a nice informal atmosphere, and friendly professional staff. I was psyched to see that they had a lot of beers that I like, as well as a lot more that I'd like to try. They've got big bottles, little bottles and some great craft brews in cans. The owner was great - helped me to find a new beer to meet a friend's specific tastes. If you haven't checked them out, stop by and see what they've got.

Bottle Rev is awesome and a wonderful addition to the Raleigh bottle shop scene. Ted brings a lot of passion and knowledge and a willingness to share.

He always has great things on tap. In addition, you can always find something new on tap to try which may be a bit outside of your comfort zone. In this way, he continues to encourage customers to build their beer palate and give new things a try.

The outside area and seating make for a perfect place to meet up with friends after work. The atmosphere encourages great conversation with those you have never met and it never fails when I visit here i learn somthing new about BEER!

The membership program is well thought out and again provides the perfect avenue to drink new delicious beers each month (as well as the 'holdsies' perk for those hard to get your hands on beers!)

If you live in the area and haven't given this place a try, you are missing out on good beer and good people!

Great new addition to the Raleigh beer scene. The selection is great and evolving every day. They do a fantastic job of covering the locals, imports, and the spectrum of domestic craft beers. Ted runs the show and is friendly, helpful, informative and well connected in the local scene. Go check them out, weekly tastings, great deals on locals when the Canes are in town and plenty of cold beer for tailgating (coolers available too). They offer singles to mix and mach as well. There is also a patio if you feel like knocking one back before heading home.

A nice fairly spacious store with a large selection of both domestic crafts and imports alike. Decided to stop by and see what goodies I could pick up that I can't get in South Carolina. Nice selection of local/in state brews. Helpful staff. I am a bit spoiled by the Beer Exchange down here but this store has plenty to keep beer geeks happy.

I noticed they have discounts for tailgating when the hurricanes have a home game, a beer club, and some shop gear. Overall prices where great, selection was definitely solid, service good, nice store/layout. plenty of room to add more beer :)

Located on LB Trail across from Rex and practically next to the day surgery center.

Large wooden shelves go all the way around the medium sized shop. Ted has done several organizational things that I like very much. On either side of the entrance, there are shelves featuring NC beers (on the left) and seasonals (on the right) as you come in. He has a small cooler section with all the can beers he carries, and if you call ahead he can put together a take out cooler with beer to go, in case you are headed to an event at the RBC center or CF stadium. A nice perk.

Carries a good selection of NC beers, large selection of micros, and covers imports pretty well. The store has a nice feel and vibe to it.

Well worth a stop if you are passing through.

Great beer store in West Raleigh with a great selection and ever helpful owner. The prices are comparable to other reputable beer stores in the area. It took a couple trips to get used to pricing by the bottle (the concept is simple enough...multiply by 6 for equivalent six-pack pricing) but I've found myself making more variety packs thanks to this structure. Maybe I do end up north of a $12 six-pack on occassion, but I never have anything bad in that mix.

Beer club... that's all I'll say, you'll have to look into this for yourself lest I add to the competition in times of need.

Twitter and Facebook updates are always timely and provide tasting info and recent arrivals.

Bottle Revolution is a pretty new beer only store that opened on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. It is just down the street from Rex Hospital in a nice little shopping area. You can see it off the street.

I had been meaning to check it out since opening and was finally "forced" down there when I won a T-shirt from them on a facebook contest (kudos and bonus points for that!).

The store is well stocked with a lot of variety. I was told that I can ONLY buy individual beers/mixed 6. Which was a shame cause I was going to get some cases of Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. Later on FB someone said you CAN buy by the case. So I am not even sure which is true unfortunately.

I did get a mix 6 - the prices were "okay". I wouldn't call it cheap though it certainly wasn't expensive. You just always have to pay a premium when buying single bottles. So if you are okay with that and want to try a bunch of different beers, this is the place for you.

Me personally; i'll still be doing most of my purchasing by the case for a little lower prices.

Very nice location for a bottle shop of this caliber. Plenty of parking and a nice sign to find easily.
Walk in and you can see right away that this is one heck of a bottle shop. A few coolers on the immediate left w/ bombers and local growlers. Aviator had at least different choices, their IPA and Tripel.
Prices were not marked on everything, but the owner was there and quick w/ pricing, knowledgeable and willing to offer up his honest opinion on beers I was not familiar with, which I appreciate.
Plenty of Imports as you head further into the store, with a full cooler of just canned offerings....something that makes perfect sense, but you don't see often in craft beer stores.
More rows of domestic bombers and 750ml's to the far left and some cases on the floor. Nothing collecting dust in this place. Looked to me like the perfect amount of inventory.
Pricing was very reasonable and all of the NC beers were 10% off for Black Friday. I grabbed two sixers and 5 bombers and spent $47 and change. Very pleased.
Small collection of glassware as you walked in to.
I will be back to this place every time I visit for sure....a well kept gem.
