Pours a clear amber-rust color with a foamy off-white head. Head retention is solid with good lacing. Aroma is of Belgian yeast spice and cloves. The flavor profile follows suite with an addition of banana. Medium consistency, that is smooth for the mouth feel. Overall, it's a very tasty brew.
Served in a 4oz straight glass.

I was given a screw-top can of this by my mom's friend who lives in Broomfield, CO. No bottling date. This was a gusher! Blew its top all over the place.
Look: Medium-dark amber.
Smell: Smells strongly of wild yeast and malt.
Taste: Very malty and yeasty. Very little hops. Bready. Almost like a cross between a Belgian ale and a German doppelbock.
Feel: Medium body and high carbonation. Crisp finish.
Overall: Pretty good. An interesting take on a Belgian ale.
