Hazy golden yellow in color. This beer reminds me a bit of Schells hefe. Lots of bananas and cloves. Tons of wheat and some spice.
Very typical hefe. Easy to drink. Light bodied with a creamy/bubbly mouthfeel.
Not much else to say about this one. Worth a try.

A: poured into a weizen glass to a cloudy golden orange with a small white head that fades quickly
S: smells of bananas, orange, wheat and coriander
T: creamy wheat, spice, slight orange, some banana and honey like sweetness. swallow is more spice a bit more banana and wheat
M: light in the mouth with soft and slightly prickly carbonation, somewhat refreshing finish
O: pretty good, nice flavors and a decent complexity without any serious faults. easy drinking and won't wreck the palate.

Extra from a trade with dcloeren. Can poured into a shaker pint.
Appearance - Nice, hazy gold color that's representative of the style. It's completely opaque and pours with a decent head that dissipates quickly.
Smell - Banana and clove: very typical of German yeast.
Taste - A bit weak. There's some banana and clove, but not nearly as much body as one would expect from a German style wheat. Just feels a bit empty after the initial banana hit.
Mouthfeel - Lots of carbonation. Some body but not full - none of the silkiness that should be there.
Overall - Just an average easy drinking lawnmower beer. My home brewed wit tastes better IMHO. Probably wouldn't drink again unless it was given to me.

Pours a hazy orange amber color, pure white bubbly head less than an inch thick, fades reasonably quickly. Not much of a head for a wheat beer but it's pretty regardless.
Nose is yeasty banana, malty vanilla/caramel (almost white chocolate), maybe some strawberry or other fruit, spices.
Taste opens with fruit, strawberry or grapes or something, moves into that malty flavor again, some spice but not too much, something kindof tangy or metallic maybe but it's not as much of an off flavor as that sounds like. Less banana flavor than in the nose, more berry fruit.
Mouthfeel is fairly well carbed, body a little thick for a wheat beer, drinkability pretty good.
Solid beer overall, actually not that much like a normal hefeweizen *or* wit, though definitely more like the former.

12 oz. can poured into wheat beer glass
A: murky yellow-orange look that screams "wheat beer!" to me. not a fantastic head, but a good 1/3-inch that disappates quickly.
S: really smell malt; really smell sweet banana/fruit/thing. and there's a slight sourness to it that I'm assuming must be part of the wheat beer thing.
T: pretty much exactly how it smells. i bought of 6-pack of this one, and I liked the taste of the sixth can much more than the first as I got used to its taste. not bitter at all; very easy to drink, probably a damn good summer/session beer.
F: nothing major either way ... good carbonation.
O: I'm so untutored in the hefeweizen style that reviewing this one is more a first stab in the dark than anything. the best thing about it: it tastes like beer. ultimately, through the sweetness and slight sour effect and all else, it tastes like a good beer. nothing wrong with that ...
