The color of this beer is a light amber with very little cloudiness. IT poured with a quarter inch head and decent lacing against the glass.

The smell is very malt based; brown sugar, molasses and caramel with a hint of spices. A lemon citrus scent is also present.

The taste is a heavy malt consisting of those dark sugars like caramel and molasses. After the sweetness comes the citrus flavor and then a hint of hops.

The mouthfeel is smooth but not light or refreshing. All of the malt and sweetness make it a heavy beer.

Overall it is a very good beer. Very unique in its complexity of malt and citrus. A must have at this brewery!
