This is a cask conditioned version of Easy Street Wheat that was brewed with chilies and served at the 2011 Small Batch Festival.

Cloudy golden orange with hazy banana hues and a frothy two finger white head.  Good retention, slow fade capto a lasting cap that leaves chinks of soapy lacing 

Earthy aroma with zesty spice and yeast.  Slightly chalky with spicy pepper but not much citrus or banana.  chilies are light.  

Medium bodied with lots of full bready yeast along with subtle citrus,  spicy clove and zesty pepper.  Dry pepper finish from chillies but not to strong lingers deep after the swallow.
