On-tap at Little Town NJ, Hoboken, NJ
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and does not have any visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving delicate lacing covering the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderately strong aromas of pine resin and citrus hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but also has initial flavors of tropical fruits. The pine resin hops seem to be a little more prominent and linger through the finish. A moderate amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of hops but isn't overly bitter. I really enjoyed the combination of hops because the three different types (citrus, pine resin and tropical fruits) made it rather complex.
