My wife and I stopped here while traveling on I-94 on a vacation trip. This place is just off an exit of the interstate, and it is a combination winery, distillery and brewery. Their background is mainly as a winery, and the wines and liquors are tasted and sold in the larger building at the front of the property. The beer is sampled and sold in a red pole barn building to the rear. There is a small bar (8-10 stools) and two small tables with 4 chairs each, and that is inadequate when a bus tour stops here like it did at the time of our visit.
There were about 8 beers on tap, and we chose to order a sampler so that we could try as many of the beers as possible during our brief visit. This brewery's sampler offering consists of a logo pint glass and 5 tokens that can be used to choose any 5 of the beers that are available. The cost is $8, and you get to keep the glass. (There is also a 6th token that permits a discount when purchasing multiple 6-packs or bottles of wine or liquor.) For $8 it's a good deal. The beers were only average, although I'll give a higher rating to the Oaked IPA.
Regardless of the large crowd from the tourist bus I'll give credit for the service that we received from the bartender. She was ready to rinse our glass for the next beer as soon as we found a place near the bar to get her attention for our next beer selection.

I stop here whenever I get the chance. Very convenient, located off Exit 6 on I-94 in Union Pier, Michigan. Right behind the Round Barn Wine Sampling building. Odd that the beer sampling is separate, but what the hell.
Non-discript building, no seating with a short, 10 foot bar. About 8 taps. Good mix of brews, a number of staples (Cocoa Stout, Amber, Oaked IPA (off the top of my head)), plus some seasonals.
All the beer sampled so far and growlers taken home are very fresh, good level of carbonation. For growlers, the carbonation level stays effective for 3 or 4 days after opened.
No food offered. Prices can be a little steep, about $18 for a refill.
Staff at the beer sampling building have always been knowledgeable and helpful.
Location also sells six packs and mixed six packs of their brews, plus T-shirts and bottle and growler cozies. Worth the stop.
