Typical sports bar atmosphere. Best tap selection of any sports bar in the area I've been to. I usually go most Tuesdays for half price wings. The wings are delicious and the other food I've had there has been good, but I usually stick to the wings if I go on a Tuesday because it's the best value. The service is pretty good for a sports bar. They only have women work the front for a reason, since they know who they're serving.
Selection varies well. They usually have a handful of IPAs, stouts, a lambic, Belgian styles, and of course the usual BMC. They do come in chilled glasses, but they're not frozen for me ever so I don't mind it (not so much condensation). Usually serve everything under 9-10% abv in a pint except expensive rare stuff. The rest comes in an 11 oz glass. About a month ago I had a Double Bastard in an 11 oz glass, for example. I don't believe that was a chilled glass.

I'm not one for big places or chains, but PJ's is a rare large chain bar/restaurant that has a few redeemable qualities. However, if you want to get a beer before you die of thirst, I'd advise going during off-peak hours only.
The main benefit of this place is that the on-tap beer selection is quite extensive and they maintain a fairly steady rotation of nationally renowned craft beers.
The prices are a bit higher than average on beer and definitely higher than average on food (especially considering the quality is pretty blase). The only food I really get there are wings on Tuesday because it is half-price day.
The bartenders are mostly young ladies who were chosen for qualities other than their knowledge in craft beer. Still, most like to flaunt their talents and I'm certainly not complaining about that. Of course, the downside to vapid, yet pretty girls is that most will give you a blank stare when you ask about the new Imperial Stout or DIPA on the beer list.
On the other hand, I have benefited from their ignorance a few times by getting a pint-size glass of a beer that surely was designated to be served in smaller glassware; so, I guess it ain't all bad.

I was told the Bethlehem location just recently opened. Stopped in here tonight for 1/2 price wings with some buddies.
PJ's is your average sports bar. Nice square bar with lots of additional tables. TVs everywhere. Reminds me of starters.
Tap list was decent. They have a variety of craft on tap... Mongo... Racer 5... Southern Tier Harvest... FBS
Wings were good. Hard to beat 20/$8.75. I had "hot" which wasn't throat burning, but had enough kick to satisfy my taste buds. Coupled the wings with a Racer 5. Tasty.
Only thing I didn't like was they chill the pint glasses. This is just a pet peeve of mine. No big deal.
Great place overall. Friendly atmosphere. Definitely gonna return for the FBS.
