On draft at Russel House Tavern.
Dark amber, minimal off white head.
Mildly spicy nose. Not that much hop aroma. Was this not dry hopped?
Flavor is dull. Seriously lacking in hops. The whole beer rests on the belgian yeast profile. Soapy slightly bitter finish. Grapefruit rind. Abv is somewhat unnoticeable. It felt over carbonated and a little too dry.
I've had this at a couple festivals and I thought it was somewhat different then but it wasn't something that did much for me then. This might be a batch variation. The belgian ipa trend is sort of played out. I'm not really sure this beer has reached what it is trying to be anyways.

Served in a tulip on draft at Deep Ellum.
Appearance: This beer poured a one finger head that is still there. It is a pale orange color with some clarity and slow moving bubbles coming up through the glass. Nice lacing on the glass as the head faded. Super nice lacing on the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Tropical hops up front. Pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and tangerine. Vanilla, pale and bready malts, and spiciness in there.
Taste: Taste are along the same lines with the hops being more noticeable and the other mentioned aromas in the rear. Subtle bitterness in the back of the palate too.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium to full bodied, low to medium carbonation, nice tingly bitterness, and easy to drink.
Overall: A very nice BIPA that I have enjoyed many time over.

Neutral golden color with a decently clear broth big head for a bar pour. Good, lumpy lace on the glass.
Relatively neutral aroma, leans to the malty side. Quite earthy.
Earthy start with a solid hop finish. Very dry finish. Bitter aftertaste but not too strong. Rather non-descript. For those who like to chew their beer, this might fit the bill, but for me there isn't enough variety to create interest.

I had this at the November Baltimore BA tasting. Served from the bottle into a tasting snifter.
Appearance: The beer pours a slightly cloudy golden amber color with a quarter finger of white head. The head fades to a layer on top of the pour.
Smell: This is a very herbal and yeasty IPA. The smell is quite light with a slight citrus fruit note. The hops add the herbal note along with the yeast, but they're not very prevalent otherwise.
Taste: This one is light and rather mild. I'm getting some citrus peel hops along with a herbal note. I'm also getting some fruit other than the citrus peel. The finish is bitter, but not overly so.
Mouthfeel: The body is medium with lots of tingly carbonation. The finish is quite dry.
Overall: This one was alright with enough going on to keep you interested, but nothing stuck out and made it exceptional. I might have another, but wouldn't search it out in the future.
