On tap at the brewery.
A fine looking beer, this sparkling golden ale has a lasting head. This variant on a Belgian witbier is notable for the addition of a substantial amount of ginger. This makes for a fine aroma, but there's too much ginger in the flavor, masking much of the more subtle grain and yeast elements.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body; very good carbonation.
O: nearly a cross between a ginger beer and a witbier.

16 ounce pint - $6.00 at Taco Mac in East Roswell, Georgia.
Appearance: Delivered to me a heavily hazed, darkened yellow body with a smallish, slowly receding head.
Smell: Sourish, grainy, dough-scented aromatics atop a restrained spiciness and a slivers of fresh ginger.
Taste: Again, a sourish, doughy wheat and pils malt flavor given a light dose of icing sugar. Mild Continental hops, a little citrus. Squirt of fresh ginger. The fullness of the flavor dials up until the dry, spicy, gingery finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation; while not particularly prickly or overly lively, there is a subtle tickle to the carbonation.
Overall: Monday Night presents a pleasant, relatively fuller witbier.

These guys just get better and better with each new recipe. Strong witbier yeast and wheat malt aroma from the start really gets you interested. Wild farmhouse taste, good carbonation. Spicy clove, maybe a little bit of diacetyl... but doesn't dominate. A good third beer from a good microbrewery.

Malty aroma has a fruity undertone and a hint of butterscotch. It comes out of the tap a pretty clear golden amber with a pale golden tan head that hangs around for a while and leaves generous lacing. Malty, fruity flavor has notes of banana, pear and hay and hints of butterscotch and hops. Smooth texture has about average body; the tingle, though not strong, does persist. A tasty, refreshing brew, great for taking the edge off Atlanta’s nefandous July heat.
