Pours a deep hazel amber color.
Nice medium sized slightly off white head.
Smells rich and heavy. Bread and malt.
Backbone of heavy rye malt. Earthy hops and bitterness come through very nicely.
The blending and balance here is very nice, the malt gives a kick I'm not used to in a double ipa. A real tasty beer here.
