A slightly haze straw that is a touch darker than straw with small white head. Little lacing.
Smell is of sour and wild. Bret bret bret. Not really much else. Kinda vinous.
Tart and sour taste that dries. A touch of pineapple and pear. More fruity as is warms. Tart apple comes into it and the oak is noticeable. That wildness is there and plays all the way through.
Nicely carbonated and great dry finish
A really nice Sour. A lot of nice flavors that come through and a great take on the base beer, Gray lady

Big thank you to Msquared2 for this, a new brewery for me.
Appearance. Pours yellow gold with a light haze and a thin white head.
Smell. Tons of oak and woody vanilla, coconut and sour green apples, a little fruity belgian yeast and white wine.
Taste. Sour green grapes and lemon, coconut and oak, vanilla and a bit of fruity white wine.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with low carbonation. A little more carbonation would be nice and might help with the slightly thin, watery feel.
Overall. Interesing beer with pleasant flavours that reminded me a little of a tropical cocktail with the fruit and coconut going on. Good stuff and again, really interesting. Thanks again, Morgan.
