On tap at the Beer Trappe in Lexington, KY. Served in a snifter.
A - Dark color with a tan head which leaves moderate lacing.
S - Roasted and chocolate malts dominate over a piney hops.
T - Nice balance of the roasted malts and piney hops, with a bit more hops.
M - Smooth with a light carbonation.
A nice mix of roasted malt and hops.
