Pours deep dark brown, not much of a head, and a lot of bubbles from the carbonation visible.

When I poured the second half of the bottle, it looked much nicer... bigger head, and less bubbles.

Aromas are excellent. Hoppy pine and sweet chocolate noted on the nose. Very nice.

Flavors are quite nice. Tastes of chocolate on the front, a touch of mocha hoppy bitterness, and then a nice creamy yet crisp finish.

Mouthfeel is a bit light on the front, but makes up for it with the nice finish.

What a well done porter. My favorite offering so far from Three Floyds. This is a very tasty and drinkable brew.
