A - murky, light orange with minimal head that settled to a thin cap with light, rope-y lacing

S - malt, bread, honey, slight herbal? element in background (age?)

T - malty, bitter with some alcohol present and a bit of citrus as it warmed up; sweet, but malty-sweet not honey-sweet

M - medium bodied with fairly high, fine, prickly carbonation; moderately bitter linger that seems to shorten as i got into the beer

O - it is not my favorite style, but i warmed up to this a bit as i got through the glass. my palate adjusted some and i was able to find some citrus and grain nuance that was covered up by the bitterness at first. it is a tough style it seems and this is a noble attempt. definitely worth a shot(but it IS an imperial pilsner).
