Notes:
This beer is brewed during the hop harvest with a portion of unkilned or “wet” hops fresh off the vine. Apricot in color, Broo Doo’s nose has dominant orange, pine sap and floral notes, balanced by a glazed nut and toffee malt body. This celebration of the hop harvest has intense tropical fruit, citrus and spicy accents that showcase the complexity of the hops we all love.

This bee pours a pale staw color with an slight hop haze and a thick white head.
the armoa is very clean without the musty hop aroma that comes with wet hops. I get pineapple and grapefruit the strongest I have ever smelt in a wet hop.
The flavor is piney with grapefruit and very clean without the musty flavor that you usually get from wet hop beers.
It has a sweetness that is mouth coating but but does not linger so much as you don't want another drink. Probably one of the cleanest wet hop beers I have ever had.
