I poured this from a 22oz brown bottle I purchased from Whole Foods in Chicago into an 16-ounce pint glass.
It pours an almost pitch black color with a bit of a head that quickly vanishes. The smell is somewhat roasty with hints of coffee but the sweet chocolate smell stands out a little more for me. But a solid smell that just makes you want to dive in. At the first sip the sweetness comes through but with a smooth finish. I was expecting it to be much thicker then it was which made it very easy to drink.
Maybe a little sweeter then I usually like but definitely something I'll be drinking again and recommending to others.
