Picked up a fresh Growler at BWLB. The appearance is classic west coat IPA,copper salmon orange with a very impressive head with very good retention and excellent lacing, very good looking brew. The nose is dominated by the intense use of Citra hops, dank, fresh and loaded with fruit notes of tangerine, mango, peach and juicy red grapefruit. Flavors jump right in behind the nose, sweet cantaloupe, mango and orange are up front with background notes of bitter lemon zest, pine and a faint dry biscuit note, absolutely delicious and even more as it warms up a bit. The mouth is classic well made west coat IPA that is redolent with so much Citra and Simcoe, not to dry and not oily at all, in fact it's very quaffable at 7+abv. Another stunning world class IPA from Julian and the team at BW.

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a light orange with a soft fizzy white head, some lace.
S: Vibrant tropical fruit, some stone fruit, very inviting.
T: Lots of tropical fruit again. Pineapple and passion fruit especially. Some grassy undercurrents. Juicy delicious hop resin.
M: Medium-bodied, dry, crisp carbonation, long aftertaste.
O: Quite a good new IPA from these guys. Julian knows how to craft a great IPA, this is another one to add to the list.
