On tap at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.
Pours a slightly murky honey orange with a foamy white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and orange juice. Taste is much the same with a citrus zest flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with great citrus forward aromas and tasty flavors.

On-tap at Beachwood II,
A: Pour orange with a small white head, some nice notes of spotty lace.
S: Definite pine, melon, some tropicality.
T: A nice flavour of pine and pineapple which is always fun in an IPA. Minor notes of cantaloupe and grapefruit.
M: Medium-bodied, fresh tasting, refreshing, easy going.
O: This is a pint you want in hand on a hot day at the Grand Prix. Well made for the Southland sunshine.

On-tap at Beachwood Brewing
The beer pours golden orange in color with a white head and some nice lacing. Quite a bit of citrus to go along with a lot of pine. There’s a light aroma of sweet fruit and just a touch of bready malt. I also pick up a mild herbal note. The citrus character is intense on the palate as well. A nice grapefruit peel to go with mild pineapple sweetness. Some good bready malt to it.

Cask at Real Ale.
A: Yellow tinged orange with a big bubbly white head.
S: Huge tangerine and orange notes with restrained melon. Bright and expressive. I get no malt in the aroma. Mild floral aromatics are evident, but the focus is on fresh citrus.
T: Lightly sweet orange and honeydew with tangerine and a mild bitterness. Very dry and smooth. Faint malt profile, almost nonexistent.
M: Lower medium body with a sticky and dry mouthfeel.
Overall: Bright, vibrant, and eminently drinkable. Always great to have Beachwood in San Diego.
