Had at Boat Works in St. Clair Shores, Michigan as part of a paddle.
I had this alongside three other Greenbush brews, and this one seemed fairly similar to their Postcards from Dongola. This one's a bit "cleaner" looking in the glass, though. This brew is, most simply, hoppy and bittersweet. As it warms, depth comes through. A nondescript kind of fruity quality melds well with the hoppiness. Pale ale? A lot of breweries seem to be blurring the lines between pale ale and IPA, because this easily could have been an IPA in my book. Finish is dry with a clean and tasty hoppy flavor. The feel is good for what the style supposedly is, but a bit of tweaking with the carbonation and texture would help (less carbonation, a bit "heavier")
