A: Clear, light straw color. Forms a small bubbly head that doesn't even pretend to offer up any hint of retention before collapsing to nothingness. No lacing.

S: Light aroma of peaches, lemon, and little else.

T: Much like the aroma, the flavor on this one is very light. Slight peachy tartness, mild sweetness, a little lemon, and some hard candy. Very simplistic.

M: Fizzy with a light body and heavy carbonation. Mild to moderate tartness.

O: This is a very light, but rather refreshing beer whose delicate and simplistic flavor profile would probably be better enjoyed on a hot summer day. That said I remember having this at GTMW and don't recall it being an overly exciting beer on that summer day either.

A: Pours a hazy to cloudy medium straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation, some light to moderate amounts of dark fine visible sediment, and some golden yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense fizzy white head that slowly reduces to a medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer with a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Upfront there are light to moderate aromas of tartness and light to moderate aromas of fresh peaches in the finish - this is probably the most natural aroma of fresh peaches that I have ever encountered in a beer. The peach aromas intensify as the beer warms up.

T: Upfront there is a moderate amount of tartness with some lighter amounts of wheat and yeast. There are light amounts of natural fresh peach flavor that builds slightly as the beer warms.

M: Light bodied with moderate to significant amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.

O: There was a pleasant tartness to this beer but not quite the light sourness that I expected for the style - though that is fine and I found the addition of the peaches to be a really nice touch. Very easy ti drink, enjoyable, and refreshing.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has slight bits of sediments visible floating in suspension. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin film of bubbles covering the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of fresh peaches are present in the nose - just like if you were smelling a bin of peaches at a farm.
T: Very much like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of peaches and also has a very light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and peachy but is easy to drink because it is hardly sour and this masks ut any sweetness from the peaches.

Pours a clear wheat color, thin bubbly white head.

Smells of doughy lacto, mild tartness, sweet peaches.

Taste is very fruity, lots of sweet peach, sourness is pretty mild. Good!

Nice bubbly mouthfeel, refreshing and drinkable.

Very nice Berliner, not super sour, nice fruit character.

7.6/10

I've enjoyed their beers so far, so I was happy to try this, thanks to rudzud for sharing.

Big fizzy head thanks to a little eruption, fades fairly quickly little lacing, murky dark peach orange color.

Nose big peach, tons of fresh peaches as well as a bit canned, candy syrup slightly pear and apple like candy syrup, apple juice starting to really come out, light bready malt, but the sourness Berliner weiss is not really there.

Taste brings peach and sourness, quite tart, into a bready toasty malt flavor, little yeasty like. Light wheat sour Berliner weiss. Then peaches, they come on strong later, Lois of peach syrup, fresh peaches, canned as well, very nice. Sourness and peach flavor blend very well. Finished with a lingering peach, sour flavors, light wheat and bready malt, hint if bitterness, dry sticky and tart but sticky little flemmy.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, tons of carb, dry but sticky syrupy thing.

Overall quite nice, surprised how well the blend of peach flavors and sour Berliner Weiss flavors went together, a very nice beer, but a little lacking on the sour aroma. The peach came through very well, and the Berliner Weiss eventually came through on the flavor nicely.

Shared with JLindros and poured into a palm tulip.

A - This was a gusher but caught it in time. Poured a crystal clear golden straw hue with a light one finger head that fades to leave light lacing and clouding.

S - Aromas blow me away! Tons of thick peach gummy candy nose. Not fresh peach but more like a candy peach note than fresh. Nothing else.

T - Taste is solid Berliner notes...sour, bready, yeasty then whamo peaches. Good strong peach notes especially on the finish. Really makes no sense as to the rdev foe this beer. Solid Berliner with peaches.

M - Mouthfeel is very nicely carbonated and super drinkable. Good and refreshing.

O - Overall I was floored by this beer. So peachy and Berliner it is just so balanced and tasty I need to get more of this.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pours a clear orange until the sediment hazes it up. Large bubbles at the edges but not much else.

Smell - Peach is present, even dominant, although it's not a very strong aroma. Faintly grainy and almost no acidity.

Taste - More acidic, but definitely not that sour. Grainy and then peachy. Finish is grainy and has a decent peach flavor.

Mouthfeel - Grainy, hardly sour, medium carbonation.

Overall - Wish it were sour... Good peach aroma though.
