750mL into a tulip. Pours a slightly hazy golden color w/ a loose, fluffy white head.

Aroma is floral, almost perfumy with Belgian yeast and spice.

Taste is light and gentle. Pale malt, dried flowers, Belgian yeast, spice.

Mouthfeel is likewise light and soft.

Overall an approachable table beer. Nothing that will blow anyone away, just an enjoyable everyday saison.

on tap at bainbridge barrel house

Slightly hazy golden straw yellow pour, punctuated by a thin copping of white head on top.

Slightly herbal and floral in the nose, softly spicy. Funky yeast and a bit of sweetness with citrus fruit.

Herbal and floral notes kiss the tongue with lemon peel. Soft and refreshing throughout, hints of spice and funky, wet hay driven yeast. Finishes a little dry and floral.

Medium body, slightly higher carbonation, crisp and pleasant on the tongue. A slightly soft but well balanced saison from a brewery I'm growing to love.

Hazy straw color, frothy head settling quickly. Scent brings a interesting mix of flowers, sweet cream, fruit, light breadyness, touch of lemon, some light spice. Taste is mellow at first, brining components of scent together as expected, end of sip produces some stronger saison typical notes of earthyness and spice but overall a touch more floral and sweeter. Lighter side of medium, moderate carbonation. Nice intro to this brewer but nothing earth shattering.
