On tap at Roc Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
The bartender said this had a lot of the usual C-hops- Columbus, Chinook, Cascade.
Pours a hazy light amber, with not much head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells include pine, citrus, and some honey malt.
The taste is pretty similar. Tastes a little bit dirty and earthy. Medium bitterness. Piney, with a little bit of citrus sweetness. Not much malt flavor, save for a bit of honey-like sweetness.
Medium bodied, crisp mouthfeel, well carbonated.
Not Roc Brewing's best IPA, this was pretty drinkable but ultimately un-exciting.
