Blonde Czech inspired beer from Brasseurs du Monde, bought a 12 mix pack for 16,99$
Look: Amber orange color with 2 fingers of white head.
Smell: grassy hops, citrus, mango, orange peel, lemonade,
Taste: Grassy hops, lemonade zest, orange, pineapple.
Feel: Medium body, medium carbonation, feels more like a 6% ABV, so not very watery and the finish leaves you with some floral notes.
So overall would I recommend it? Of course, very nice beer overall !

I admit I don't know what a 'real' Czech pilsner should taste like so I can just judge this one on its own merits.
Cloudy golden color with generous cream starts off this beer. The scent is floral and pleasant matched by subdued hop bitterness. Taste comes with some citrus and a hint of spice taste. Not a whole lot of complexity but it's a really nice beer.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color beer with a nice foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of light floral notes with lightly sweet malt backbone. Taste is a nice mix between some lightly sweet malt base with a light floral hoppy finish. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Hoppy notes are nice though very delicate and subtle. Could be better but considering this is a new brewer it does have some potential.

341ml bottle poured into tulip 29/3/12
A clear golden yellow with a few bubbles feeding a two finger bone white foam that falls to a thick film fairly quickly but leaves plenty of random lace down the glass
S grassy hops at first but then a massive blast of sour soggy corn flakes and sour lemon
T a bowl of corn flakes left on the counter overnight, sour lemons less sour then the nose
M not watery but not much body too it, the sour skunky grains leave a unpleasant aftertaste
O this one didn't do it for me, a corny, grainy mess that doesn't have the hop profile to call itself a Czech Pil
Not quite a drain pour but I wouldn't ask for seconds, as underwhelming as it was I still gotta thank hoser for the bottle

12oz Bottle
Appearance – Slightly hazy yellow colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is some good lacing. The head lasted for around 3 minutes before it was gone. There are also some particles floating around in the beer.
Smell - Grains/wheat, hops, lemons, floral notes
Taste & Mouth - The beer has a very high amount of carbonation - it's basically like a a seltzer. I can taste wheat mixed with lemons and a bit of hop bitterness. There are also some floral notes and a bit of a medicine/menthol taste. The beer finishes with a lemon zest and grainy aftertaste.
Overall – I must have had a bad bottle.. the carbonation level was through the roof. The bottle label claims that the beer is 'clear' etc. It was a little hazy and had chunks of stuff floating around in it. Anyways, the appearance was bad, the feel was bad, and it tasted bad. I wouldn't buy it again.

Poured from a 341ml. bottle and enjoyed with some barbecue burgers.
Appearance: A really white head fills a good portion of the glass with a pale yellow (with slight lemonade color) body. Last a little bit and sticks nicely on the sides.
Smell: Cereal, bit of hops, citrus and floral.
Taste: Lemony zest with a bit of bitterness due to hops and grain. More malt than hops though. Would have preferred a bit more of an edge.
Mouthfeel: Low carbonation with strong malt. Not a bad balance though slightly watery in the finish.
Overall: Light and easy to drink but needs more flavor depth. Not bad.
