R&R Place is a Package liquor store that has operated in Rolla, Mo since 1941. They have a knowledgeable staff and carry nearly every beer available from Missouri distributors that supply the south central part of the state.
They hold periodic beer tastings (also wine tastings) the most recent serving over 12 samples from brewers such as Firestone Walker, Stone, Bells, Founders, North Coast SKA, Sierra Nevada, Green Flash, Southern Tier - etc. etc. Beer is well cared for in a walk in cooler and well over 100 beers are fresh with a high turnover rate.
Snacks, ice, and glassware is tucked in the the well maintained stock of liquors and staff are very friendly and efficient.
R&R offers two build your own 4-to-6 packs with a standard priced selection as well as a premium priced selection of singles.
They have been very helpful in locating some special releases and classic style examples for local beer judge classes. A drive in window and off street parking lot adds to the convenience. This is the beer / wine / liquor place-to-go in our area with a selection that you would have to drive 100 miles to find elsewhere.

For this area this is the joint. It looked like the rest of the run down liquor stores in Rolla from the outside but the inside was a pleasant surprise. The only bad part about the selection was tight quarters other than that it was good to go. There is a cooler for mix a six. A ton of craft beer, mainly Mid-west (of course) but a surprising amount of West Coast. There were beer glasses for sale. There was a young girl behind the counter that was very pleasant but did not seem to know a lot about beer. Overall I wish I would have known about this place earlier.
