Presentation
Poured into a Chimay chalice from a several month old 12oz bottle.
Appearance
Mostly Cloudy. Very amber. Quite nice overall, looks delicious. Doesnt look too thin either.
Also appears to have a very small amount of sediment as well and since Ive seen no one else mention it, that may be due to the age. Hmm
Smell
Lighter Smells sweet though, caramel and malt. Also very notable bread smell, but paired with the sweetness. Sweet bread.
Taste
Similar to the aroma but with a slight bitterness, especially in the finish. Pleasing though, a little different than most ambers to me.
Mouthfeel
Very nice. A great balance and makes it more appealing overall.
Drinkability
A little sweet to drink a lot of. A pint would probably satisfy me for flavor before I moved on.
Overall though, from my experience Lost Coast never lets you down.

Dark amber color with moderate carbonation and has a smell of malt along with a malt taste, one you would expect from a Miller Lite or Budweiser. That’s what this tasted like to me if I had to compare it to anything. Sweet while drinking with a dry light hoppy finish. Not worth the price. The kind of beer I would drink once I’ve had a couple already.

On tap @ Yard House Vegas. Nice color, robust head that lasted (but not too much). Smooth drinking, reasonable ABV. Not quite a session ale, but good enough for more than one.

I was pleasantly surprised by this VERY nice amber. A golden amber color with a refreshing taste. Moderate hops with some malty notes. The ABV is moderate.

Bought a 6-pack Tamuras $8.29
Smell of caramel
Amber color
Medium mouthfeel
Medium-high carbonation
Caramel malt taste, easy drinking but would have liked a bolder taste as this one is a little on the thin side
Overall a nice beer that I would drink again, but there are a lot more desirable beers at this price range that I would buy first.
