Here we have an IPA which ultimately is greater than the sum of its parts. Has an appearance which one would expect for an IPA, and the aroma suggests that it will be maltier/sweeter than most 'big' IPAs. After the first sip you do get a big sugary sweet taste but the piney hops introduce themselves in the finish. Not overly complex, bitter, or strong. Still, I rather like it. Good for a time you might be looking for an IPA that won't knock you upside the head with hops.

bottle poured into pint glass. 1/2 inch of foamy head that left nice lacing. golden color expected of an ipa. bitter aroma and taste. decent ipa, but a bit dull and ordinary flavor in my opinion. definitely drinkable, but an overall average ipa that is not mind blowing.
