Cloudy golden, with thick fizzy head of white carbonation. Sudsy, insubstantial lacing.
Nose is sweet wheat and a rush of floral, citrus, and tropical fruit. Very nice and unusual.
Taste is very malt-forward, with accents of mango, passionfruit, and plenty of lime. This is a tropical fruit-oriented wheat beer that would go down perfectly in a warm weather situation. Easily sessionable, and an enjoyable, unique brew.

Is this what Corona would taste like if it were good? Poured into a glass from the bottle, the beer was a golden color with a slight white head. The aroma is immediately noted with a big hit of lime. Unlike some beers made with lime by the Big Boys, the lime does not seem synthetic or candy-like in the aroma. This was a good initial impression. In the initial taste, one detects lime, wheat, and an occasional note of more bitter lime like rind. There is a definite sweetness, yet the beer finishes dry. One may even catch a note of more exotic yeast dancing across the center of the tongue. The carbonation would seem to be incline to erase the lime note, but the citrus is strong enough to linger for a few moments. Overall, this would be a great warm weather beer or an excellent partner to Mexican food.

Appearance: Bright yellow-green with lots of foam. Kind of a Flubber color.
Smell: Lots of limey, but theres a thick yeasty smell too.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Sour lime. A bit gritty in the mouthfeel. Passionfruit is there as well. Also tastes like a flat energy drink. Quite tangy.
Overall Drinkability: Nice components to this. Very strange overall, but it's not bad. Not for everyone.

Pours a HUGE, white head that has impressive retention for a wheat bier. Wheat aroma with a slight tartness behind it; Lime hits near the front, notes of the passionfruit are in the distance. Flavor is sour/tart with the lime being dominant. Mostly a piss-yellow/straw color with nice turbidity. As the lime peaks in tartness, the malt smooths out and then the passionfruit comes into play near the middle to end. The finish is fruity and malty, with only the malt lingering for any length.
As I pour the bottom bits in, the aroma becomes more subdued and yeasty, but the flavor seems even more tart than before!
You know, I kind of love this one. In summertime, it's FANTASTIC. In the summer heat, the watery mouthfeel is more of an advantage, too (so I won't knock it down in score).
It is DEFINITELY not for everyone, though. The lime and wheat could come across as especially off-putting to anyone who doesn't regularly eat Mexican food (lime makes EVERYTHING better!)
