I visited this place while I was in Vilnius in the Fall. First off, they have the best beer in town. All locally made, quasi-farmhouse brews made independently for this place and I can't imagine too many others. I talk at great length with a guy I met here who was working on his English but he was very happy that I was able to find the bar.

The owner is a great, friendly, Santa Clause of a man and the bartender knew a small amount of English but a local helped with the menu to get my order across. There was no wait staff that I recall but going to the bar was never an issue. The prices seemed on par with the rest of Vilnius and for better beers, I had no problem paying.

The only food I had was friend bread with garlic and it was delicious and cheap. I saw some of the other dishes coming out like goulash, etc, and they looked good.

I remember a few taps and a few more bottles with a fridge to take stuff home, but I didn't have a beer I disliked.

A must visit in Vilnius.
