On tap at Copper Kettle poured a clear dark reddish brown nearly black with a lasting brown head. Aromas of roasted malt, oak, vanilla, coffee and light bourbon. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, coffee and light bourbon with a smooth dry lingering oak finish.
