Spiced version of Colchuck wheat featuring coriander, and citrus. Styled after Belgian Wit and German Hefeweizen without clove, banana or sourness

lemon citrus, wheat, crisp, light, champagne color, effervescent

Appearance
generous and persistent, cream colored, fine head, no lacing. Slightly hazy light gold, pale color.

Smell
sweet lemon, honey, slight wheat notes

Taste
lemon and slight corriander, very light honey

Mouthfeel
medium bodied, crisp and tingling.

Finish
end crisp and clean with slight acid

Overall
crisp, refershing and lemon acid wheat with slight honey balance.
