The Public Pale Ale is brewed in the classic American Pale Ale style. Assertive bitterness backed by C-60 and Vienna malts which lend notes of rich, yet semi-dry caramel. Then followed up with a nice white grapefruit and citrus aroma that begs for a follow up sip.

From a can to a pint glass, this is an insanely drinkable beer. Picked up two six packs at the brewery this weekend, might go back for more this weekend.
The beer pours a great deep orange almost bordering on amber in color. A nice ring of head stays throughout the whole drink of the beer and leaves great webs of lacing on the glass that are beautiful. A really nice start, comes out really frothy from the can!
The beer has a nice hop nose with some bready pale malts to back it up, seems almost like a beer judging template for pale, but doesnt have too much that stands out aroma wise, just mostly ok overall.
The taste is great, it is certainly not lacking in the hop department, and the hops give a nice spicy bite that blends really well with the pale and bready malts, they strike a great balance, maybe a balance that favors hopheads like me. Also has some tinges of fruitiness within the hop bite as well, maybe a little citrus and grass in the hops too. Very nice flavor, very drinkable yet still interesting for beer nerds I'd say.
Mouthfeel is great. It is so frothy in the feel over the palate, not spikey with carbonation like a lot of pales are. This beer just has a pub feel from the can, it really rolls right over the palate. Great.
This beer is an amazing one to have in the fridge to just grab to have a couple or three easy beers, but easy beers that are super taste and feel great to drink. This company continues to impress me, and I will be a patron of theres for a long time I'm thinking.

From a can. Pours a dark amber color with white head. Floral hop aroma. Medium body. Caramel malt with a piney hop finish. Pretty substantial for a pale ale.

12 ounce can poured into a tumbler style pint glass.
Canned 7/12/21
Amber and clear but for some chill haze. Good visual carbonation feeding two fingers of tight off-white foam. Head persists and leaves a bit of lace. Moderate strength aroma, floral and spicy hops over a bready malt backbone. Taste opens fairly balanced hop to malt; medium bitter floral, spicy and woody hop flavor with full but lowly sweet grain and bread malt. Floral and citrus hop bitterness stands up more toward the finish. The medium-light body is soft and semi-dry with moderate carbonation. Good old style APA that to me tastes somewhat English.

12oz. can served in a shaker pint. Pours a dull, burnt orange with a hat clarity and tight, 1/8th inch, off-white head. Nose expresses light piney/resinous notes. Very similar to the nose in The Corruption; however, more subdued. Taste follow nose. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation and a slight oiliness to the texture. Overall, a decent old school APA but nothing to write home about.

Slightly hazy and copper in color with a half finger pillow of foam on top. The smell has floral and juicy notes, maybe a touch of pine or resin. Soft caramel as well. The taste is pretty hoppy for a pale, showcasing some resiny and piney flavors with a slight juiciness in the middle. A good backbone of caramel and bready malt stand up nicely to the boldness of the hops. Packs more of a punch than some regular IPAs, but has the balance of a well crafted pale ale. Definitely edges the line in a good way I think, hop heads will enjoy this.

April 8th, 2016 - This unabashedly non-partisan brew is accompanying me on business trip, but aside from the novelty there's not much quality here. Perhaps this is a commentary on American politics? The aroma is super sweet and excessively nutty. The flavor is blessedly milder, but has a pumpkin off note. The palate, though flawed, presents as a reasonably decent Red ale, but that off-note is quite pronounced.

This is a 2 year old can from the back of the work cooler, so take this review with a grain of salt. At least it was refrigerated the whole time.
Light copper color with some chill haze, thin white head that dissipates quickly, spotty lace
White grapefruit skin and caramel aroma
Caramel and grapefruit rind flavor
A little sticky for me. Carbonation is right on
Would be better fresh, but probably not by too much
