On tap at torst brooklyn.
Floral and manderin orange in the nose.
Creamy, sweet, light, floral hop profile. Very smooth and uncharacteristic creamy mouth feel. Excellent. Super enjoyable. Complex enough. Mouth feel just unbelievable.
Extremely drinkable.

Fresh bottle from Premier Gourmet. I have no info on date brewed however. Subtle grapefruit flavour. Large retained head. Easy drinking, with some mouth puckering lemon tangy finish. Middling mouthfeel with prickling carbonation.Very light coloured body.

Poured from a 33cL bottle into brandy snifter. Unfortunately, the date on the top has rubbed off.
A: Three fingers of white lacy head fades quickly. Hazy dark amber-wheat is highly translucent.
S: This smell generates an enormous grin from me. I can smell the Citra, which I adore, and fruity Amarillo, and generally it smells like a Double IPA, even down to sweetish-pleasant malts.
T/M: Delicious. Light, crisp, and fruity, with the hop presence surprisingly gentle, but providing almost all the interesting aspects of the beer-- the fruit, the bitterness, the dryness, the complexity...The finish is subtle, but with more than a tinge of malt. Mouthfeel is pleasant but neutral.
O: So far I'm a big fan of Omnipollo. I look forward to trying more. This is a great pale ale. Recommended.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellowish amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high frothy off white head that only died down a little and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: There are light to moderate aromas of orange citrus in the nose along with some notes of passionfruit.
T: The taste is similar to the smell but a little more complex with added flavors of earthy and floral hops along with some notes of spicy hops towards the finish. A light amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink—as one with a light body should be—but really has an interesting mix of flavors in the taste due to the variety of hops that were used.

Served from tap into a Trappe Door tulip. Poured a golden yellow-orange with a two finger white head that subsided to a half finger very slowly. Maintained phenomenal lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, fruit, citrus, citrus hop, lemon zest, floral hop, and floral. The flavor was of sweet malt, citrus, citrus hop, fruit, and floral hop. It had a light feel on the palate with medium-high carbonation. Overall this was a pretty decent brew. I was really pleasantly surprised with what I found going on in the nose on this one. The touch of lemon zest and floral notes definitely stepped this one up a notch and really impressed me. However, the remainder of the brew was only decent. While there were a lot of nice notes going on in the flavor a lot of it just seemed forced to me. If some of the lemony zest flavor would have carried over into the flavor this might have been a different story as it would have added a nice layer complexity. Definitely worth trying if you get the opportunity.

After visiting Stockholm and drinking a lot of Swedish beer, I am interested to see how this production turns out. The Swedes love their hops.
This apa seems to have a thicker malt presence than I would have anticipated. Hop spices are there, sure. But I feel like it could be a bit stronger. Decent, but not really doing much for me. Especially considering the price.

First had: on tap at TJ's, Paoli, PA
Another Euro attempt at an APA. These are often interesting. Slightly cloudy golden-amber pour with a small white head that receded to a tiny ringlet of bubbles. Light aroma, citrusy, grassy. Interesting taste, I actually got a huge hit of apple skins in this one, and not necessarily as an off flavor, it seemed to meld well with the zesty hops, crisp and grassy, with afterthoughts of pale biscuity malts and toasted grains. Lots of hops, but very little intensity to the bitterness...which I'm guessing is what they were going for, as the description indicates that the bittering hop phase was eliminated. Body is pretty much light to light-medium, majorly crisp and smooth. Not as flavorful as some of the bigger names in APAs, but quite good and quite drinkable.

330 ml bottle. Poured into my HF snifter. Thanks to the lady for buying this for me.
Beer pours a typical IPA/APA w inch of white head
Nose is of grapefruit and nectarine and clementine.
Taste follows the nose with a decent hop bite but not too overwhelming.
Decent and happy to tick it but I would not seek it out again.

330 ml bottle. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy orange/amber color with an inch and a half off-white head. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like citrusy hops (tropical fruit, tangerines, grapefruit), and some bready malt. The taste is pretty much just like the aroma, it's mostly citrusy hops (tropical fruit, grapefruit) and bready/grainy malt. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and slick with a good amount of carbonation. I think this is a good overall brew. Not sure if it's worth $5.59 a bottle or not, but it is worth trying.

This beer poured out as a slightly hazy yellow color. The head on top was white and had a good amoun of retention to it. The smell of the beer had a pretty good balance of hoppy aromas and yeasty grains in the mix. The taste of the beer had a subtle sweetness up front that quickly faded into a sharp bitterness. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean feeling. It's drinkable but a little too sharp to be sessionible I think. Overall it's a pretty good brew. I wouldn't have to buy it again though.
