On tap poured into a pint glass. A fairly clear golden color with a modest white head. Aromas were complex, with spicy pepper, Honey, caramel, and floral notes. The taste followed. Floral and spicy notes with a hoppiness that seemed to approach a Belgian Pale Ale. There was a honey like sweetness on the finish that was not overbearing and complemented the beer nicely. Very well done.

god awful name for a beer, i mean, really bad. a lighter colored brew here with local honey and oats, full bodied but still very light and drinkable, the honey gives it a little sweetness, a little floral thing, and a lot of terroir, in terms of flavor this is one of the better beers they make, but it also seems to be the most amateur as far as execution goes, under carbonated like most of the others, but also sort of under attenuated and sloppy, which is a shame, because i think the recipe is great. it tastes like it was fermented a tad warm, a light phenolic thing that i actually dont mind, but probably should be there. the honey is the best part, summery and delicately sweet, blossoming trees and wildflowers come to mind. nice body from oats and wheat, not quite starchy but more substantial than the others, flavorful all the way, long in the finish, this would be better if it were crisper and perhaps a little drier, but they are on to something with these flavors together. again, this place is awesome, and in a lot of ways less about the beer than about the atmosphere, which ranks as one of my favorite places i have ever drank a beer!

Had on tap. Cloudy straw body with a white cap. Getting hardy bread, banana, oat, honey, flowers, fruit esters, and booze aromas. Taste is harsh, grass and flowers up front are wiped away by the intense and boozy yeast and oat with fruit esters the linger and dry out the finish. Feel is bready, semi-dry, and chewy, verging on floral. Like the name it just seems silly
