A - Pours an almost opaque old copper penny color with a 1 inch tan head that lasts. Lacing is great on this brew.
S - Smells like spiced cake malts and some tangy banana essence.
T - Biscuit with brown sugar, sour apple, yeast.
M - Good carbonation with a very smooth creamy aspect.
D - Great drinkability. I think I like the regular Hefeweissbier better, but this is still a great brew.

This poured a murky yellow brown, cloudy from the yeast, creating a frothy head.
The scent is malty but not aggressive.
The taste is malty and bready with a light mouthfeel, verging on watery.
This would be enjoyable on a bright day at a beer garden.
