The beer is a classic hefeweizen the nose has hugely strong clove and banana aromatics, sweet and spicy and way more pronounced than any of the other weizens I've looked at so far.
The color also is exactly what I'd expect with a nice orange hue and a thick white head. The clove and banana flavor carry through to the taste, but it's not overwhelming. The wheat really shines in this beer, giving a clean acidity to the whole profile and making it a definite thirst quencher. The carbonation seems thicker as well, with bigger bubbles. Rather than being creamy, this beer really has a more soda pop carbonation that tickles the mouth.
This is definitely one of the best hefeweizens I've had, though they all have their unique aspects. This beer definitely seems very traditional with the strong clove and banana smell and flavor and an excellent tart wheat profile.

Very nice Hefeweizen. The color is beautiful, with a orange smell and spicy clove taste. Carbonation is moderate and persists. Very refreshing!
A= Cloudy orange with white head, moderate lacing.
S= Citrusy/spicy with some fruity aroma, mostly orange
T=Clove/allspice flavor. Crisp, refreshing, orange,
M= Carbonated, light but with some body.

Golden brown beer with a thick, foamy head that leaves thick bunches of lacing. Aromas of fruits and sweet spices. Exceptionally delicious, complex flavor consisting primarily of apricot, apple cider and spice s. Very, very smooth and enjoyable to drink.

My new go-to favorite for spring and summer. Wonderful balance and refreshment, after my beloved quads from the late fall/winter. Glorious pale golden color with just a hint of the wheat haze. Clean and crisp from start to finish, with a bit of banana and freshly-baked bread.
