Thanks trxxpaxxs for sharing this bottle
The beer pours a dark brown with flecks of ruby in the light and a thin tan head. The nose is potent and distinct - slightly molassesy with some acetone and funk. The taste is definitely a fully torqued sour with great acetone fruity ester sweetness. The mouthfeel is a light medium bodied, semi-dry, with a sour lingering aftertaste, but not as drinkable as I'd hoped for. This beer met my expectations for a crooked stave sour and was a tad different than many other sours.

The beer is hazy and light brown with a small head. The aroma brings oak, sour tones, barrels. Smells nice tastes nice. Like a Flanders oud bruin. The amber base is a nice change of pace. A bit of cherry with moderate sourness and pleasant barrel character. Acetic finish with some lip smacking goodness. Crooked Stave is churning out some tasty stuff these days. Recommended.

This poured out as a reddish brown color with a scattered lacing and retention. The smell of the beer is a bit funky on the nose, hits of cherry on the nose as well. The taste of the beer is slightly sour, some natural wood flavors with a dry finish. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a nice carbonation. Overall is a good brew, not super impressed but really nice to try.
